A 12-week Mahina Mahai Pregnancy Yoga class will start at the Titirangi Community House on the 24 February 2023.   Classes start at 5.45 -7 pm in the Kauri Room.  Registrations are essential so please make contact Petra on 

The 12-week course is a more structured program which will guide you through your pregnancy with correct posture and body awareness aiming for a more optimal foetal positioning. The pregnancy yoga poses will help lengthen and strengthen your muscles. The movements around your pelvis will create more mobility & stability specifically aimed to help support your body during your pregnancy and to open up your body during labour aiming for a more easy birth. You will learn all the breathing exercises for labour and birth.
