The largest room, the Kauri Room, measures approximately 7m x 7m and can comfortably accommodate up to 40 people.

 

The Rimu Room, which measures approximately 5.5m x 5m and can accommodate up to 12 people. Perfect for small board meetings and groups.

There is also a small room, the Matai Room, ideal for one-on-one counselling sessions or for small group meetings (maximum 6 people).

$10.00/hr for the Matai Room max 6 people
$12.50/hr for the Rimu Room max 12 people
$15.00/hr for the Kauri Room max 40 people 
Whole House: 50.00 (1st Hour, $25 there-after)

• Includes use of kitchen, (not Commercial grade) bathrooms, foyer & covered deck area. Tables and chairs available.
• Maximum capacity approx. 60 people

Casual and One-Off Room Hire (incl. GST) as at 1st September 2023

$15.00/hr for the Matai Room max 6 people
$17.00/hr for the Rimu Room max12 people
$20.00/hr for the Kauri Room max 40 people
Whole House:  $75.00/hr (1st hr) $40 there-after

The house can be hired for Children's Birthday Parties and Baby Showers at the weekend based on availability.  For more information click here

A Refundable bond of $100.00 is required to confirm all bookings.  Payment of Room Hire is required before the date of hire.

All our rooms are carpeted,(except the Foyer) and the Rimu & Kauri Rooms have heating and reverse cycle air conditioning.

Please note that the kitchen is a shared space for all users unless the Whole House is exclusively booked.

Hire includes use of the kitchen facilities, crockery and cutlery, whiteboards, trestle tables and chairs. We have wheelchair access and free WIFI is available on request.

We share off street parking within the Memorial Park carpark.

We do not hire out for Weddings, 18th or 21st parties. 

Please Note: As we run a School Holiday Programme each term, the Community House is closed to all other groups from 7am to 5pm during this time.   Evening and weekend hire is still available during the school holidays.
