SoulCollage Workshop - Who Mothers, the Mother!

In May, our attention often turns outward as we celebrate the mothers in our lives. Yet in both my clinical practice as a Mental Health Occupational Therapist and my own creative journey, a quieter question keeps arising: Who mothers the Mother?
Published on

Where do we find space to be held when we are the ones who so often hold others?

How do we honour the women who came before us while also tending to our own need for care?

I warmly invite you to join me on Saturday 23rd May for a special SoulCollage® workshop exploring the many faces of “Mother.”

You might also like to share this experience with a woman in your life.

Perhaps you bring your mother, a daughter, or a close friend—someone who is often caring for others.

Coming together in this way can be a gentle way to honour your connection, while also giving one another the gift of quality time, reflection, and creative space.

You are also welcome to offer this workshop as a meaningful Mother’s Day gift.

This workshop offers a gentle and supportive space to:

Reflect on your lineage, honouring the women who have shaped you

Connect with images of care, protection, and wisdom that resonate with your inner world

Create a personal card as a source of nourishment, grounding, and ongoing support

No artistic experience is needed—only a willingness to listen inward and allow images to speak.

Together, we will gather in a quiet, creative space and explore what it means for you to feel truly mothered.
