Reduce stress and increase wellbeing by bringing mindfulness into your life.
Classes are suitable for beginner to intermediate levels. Pay as much as you can afford - koha at the end of the class. 
We will begin with breathing and gentle stretching exercises and then continue for the main event by sitting down on chairs. The session will be mainly silent to allow for maximum relaxation. Please bring a pen and a notebook as we might do some journaling.
